Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” means Journey Mood Ltd., registered at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN, trading under the name TheGreenChase.
“You”, “Your”, “Yours” means you who purchased the ticket and any other persons for whom you are purchasing a ticket.
Tickets
You need to be 18 or above to purchase tickets on our website. Tickets will be provided electronically per email. You need to provide a valid email address during checkout. If you haven’t received the ticket, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
Children
The minimum age of participants is 5 years.
Cancellations
You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the tour start time (local time) and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time (local time), the amount you paid will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel the tour anytime due to unsafe weather conditions or other reasons. In this case we will reschedule the tour to another date or if unsuccessful, issue a full refund of the paid amount.
In the case that the tour has to be canceled, we will not be liable for any accommodation, travel or other costs you incur.
Pick-up
You shall arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts at the pick-up point mentioned in the tour description. You are responsible to arrive in time, the bus will depart on time and cannot wait if you are delayed. Please be aware that we cannot issue a refund if you arrive after the bus departed.
Weather Conditions
The tour will run in all weather conditions. The only exception are extreme conditions that would affect the safety of the tour. We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions.
Northern Lights
We cannot guarantee that you will see the Northern Lights on the tour. The Northern Lights are a natural phenomena and their appearance depends on factors beyond our control.
Insurance
You and all persons included in the booking must be fully insured for your holiday and the activities you booked with us.
Medical Issues
You are responsible for your own health and need to inform us about any relevant medical issues that could cause problems during the tour.
Disabled Access
You must be able to walk steep bus stairs to participate in the “Northern Lights Chase by Bus”. This tour is unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users.
Responsibilities regarding the bus
You are responsible for any damage inflicted by you on the bus. While being in the bus it is permitted to drink any other liquids than water. Spills or vomit will be charged with a cleaning fee of NOK 3750 (incl. VAT) per seat. Smoking is not permitted on the bus.
Safety during the Tour
You must wear your seat belt while the bus is driving. The onboard toilet cannot be used while driving. During a stop, you may not walk on, stand on or cross roads or highways unless told otherwise by the Guide.
Force Majeure
We cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, road traffic conditions, airport regulations, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, illness, epidemics, pandemics, fires, war, threat of war, riot, terrorist activity, criminal activity or industrial disputes.
Responsibility
You are responsible for your personal belongings. We cannot be held responsible for losses or damage to your personal property.
You are solely responsible for your own safety and that of any children belonging to your group. We cannot be held responsible for any death or injury during the tour, except if caused by gross negligence on the part of us.
Other suppliers
We cannot be held responsible for acts of other suppliers in connection to our tours, unless they are under our direct control.
Privacy
We respect the security of your personal data and only collect the minimum amount needed to provide our services to you. Your personal data will be held on secure servers. We will not store payment card data.

Photography and videos
We reserve the right to use photos or videos taken by us during the tour for commercial purposes. Please inform us if you wish not to appear on those.
